Paper Documents - convert to PDF, PDF/A

PDF has established itself as a standard for electronic documents to exchange as well as for storage and archiving of electronic documents. This format developed by Adobe is ideally suited for documents of all kinds but also to create, distribute, publish and archive technical drawings.

Many documents are still available in paper or are received via inbox. Also these documents must be available for an electronic processing and archiving. They should be captured via scan or multifinctional devices, edited and get a keyword register. For that process the PDF but better the PDF/A format is suitable.
